A few weeks after purchasing an item that was showing stock in my size, not only did I receive someone else's order that I had to return but mine was then canceled with the reason that the supplier was out of stock. I was given a refund a week later. Very disappointing. From the bad feedback I wouldn't even bother or recommend for a company that seems to have major system issues and doesn't know their left hand from their right.

I had bought this bra in different colours physically in stores and so I knew that it would fit and look great. I could not find it in black and in my size in many places and so I ordered it from DownUnderWear. I have to admit that I was a bit dubious in doing so and I was a little worried about the delivery time. However, the comms back and forth with customer services were reassuring and the bra arrived with all the correct tags on and is identical in quality etc. to my other bras. I then felt quite relieved and pleased with the purchase.
