Ordered on 3/11/2024. Crickets for 4 weeks. Shipped on 1/12/2024. Delivered to wrong address 3/12/2024. After a bit of investigation by NZ Post Couriers and the sender, it turns out that it was delivered but incorrectly addressed to a house near me. Put a note in the letterbox of the house neaby. Courier package put in my letterbox by honest occupants of house near me on 14/12/2024. Clearly there is room for improvement in the order fulfilment process as it's not exactly arrives next day Amazon style.
