DownUnderWear does not ship products without first receiving payment for goods.
Some fashion ranges are ordered as indents from our suppliers therefore once stock levels are depleted, we may be unable to receive further supplies of that particular garment. Not all ranges are fashion lingerie and some exceptions do apply. Please contact DownUnderWear for clarification at firstname.lastname@example.org
For faulty products, we offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
For change of mind, we offer a 30 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions as set out in the below terms (see Policy For Returning Your Lingerie below).
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
Policy for returning your Lingerie:
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The garment is accompanied by the original receipt.
In accordance with New Zealand Health Regulations, we do not permit the return of intimate apparel such as briefs, hosiery, thongs, shapewear, shorts, bodysuits, g-strings, adhesive and silicone bras and items of like nature.

- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product will help us tremendously. Also, if you havent previously provided a contact phone number please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
DownUnderWear utilizes CourierPost for our delivery service. This portion is non-refundable once the products have been sent.
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed
Once we receive your order it will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible. Should you wish to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com . Once your order has been shipped the Policy for returning your Lingerie: applies.
